By accessing or using Hosterello.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Hosterello.com provides:

  • Hosting Comparison: We scan the market for leading WordPress hosting providers and present you with tailored offers based on your needs.

  • Migration Arrangement: If you choose a hosting provider through us, we coordinate with that provider to arrange the migration of your website(s). The migration itself is performed by the hosting provider — not by Hosterello.

  • Speed Optimization: For users who want to improve their website’s performance without switching hosts, we offer a paid WordPress speed optimization service. Our team optimizes your website’s code, images, caching, and configuration to achieve significantly faster load times and a guaranteed 90+ Google PageSpeed score and load time under 2 seconds.

Our hosting comparison and migration services are free to you because we receive commissions from hosting providers when we refer customers. This commission does not affect the price you pay to the hosting provider. Our speed optimization service is a one-time paid service, and pricing is clearly disclosed before you make a purchase.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information (including website details, login credentials, and DNS access) that the hosting provider or our optimization team may require.

  • Ensuring you have the right to authorize the migration, speed optimization, and any changes to hosting or DNS settings.

  • Maintaining your own full and recent backup of your website(s) before migration or optimization begins.

3. No Liability for Data Loss or Downtime

While we work with reputable hosting providers and aim for a smooth process, you understand and agree that:

  • We do not perform the hosting migration ourselves and cannot guarantee that the process will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or damage to files, databases, images, or other data during or after the migration or optimization process.

  • We are not liable for any downtime, performance issues, security breaches, or financial losses that may occur as a result of the migration, optimization, or hosting provider performance.

  • We strongly recommend that you maintain full backups and security measures before, during, and after migration or optimization.

4. Third-Party Hosting Providers

Hosterello.com is not a hosting provider. Any hosting service you choose through us is a direct contract between you and the hosting provider.

5. No Responsibility for Host-Related Issues

We are not responsible for any issues, disputes, or problems that occur between you and your new hosting provider after migration is completed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Service interruptions or downtime.

  • Billing disputes or contract terms.

  • Technical issues, errors, or performance problems.

  • Security breaches, hacking, or data loss caused by the hosting provider.

All concerns regarding hosting service quality, terms, or performance must be addressed directly with the hosting provider.

6. No Guarantee of Savings or Performance (Hosting)

While we aim to match you with hosting that offers better value, speed, or reliability, we cannot guarantee specific improvements in cost, performance, or uptime when switching providers.

7. Speed Optimization Guarantee

For our paid WordPress speed optimization service, we guarantee a Google PageSpeed score of 90+ for the optimized pages unless otherwise specified before purchase. If we are unable to achieve the guaranteed score due to limitations outside our control (e.g. third-party scripts, external embeds, server restrictions), we will communicate this before work begins. In cases where the guaranteed score cannot be met, you are entitled to a full refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and materials on Hosterello.com are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use our services for illegal purposes.

  • Provide false or misleading information.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with our operations.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate our relationship with any user who violates these Terms or engages in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hosterello.com from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, the migration process handled by the hosting provider, the speed optimization process, or your relationship with the hosting provider.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
